About Us
The Earth Merch Story
I founded Earth Merch in 2020 with a clear mission—make sustainable merch as standard. Not an afterthought. Just the way it should be.
Lockdown changed everything. Planes were grounded, skies turned blue, and one day in the garden I realised I wanted to be accountable. To have an answer when the next generation asked what I did for the planet.
I had been running big projects for Universal Music, The Rolling Stones, U2, MTV, and the BRITs. But it was when launching the retail store at Abbey Road Studios that my interest in merch ignited.
Merch should be a rewarding, creative and enjoyable process - for us and for our customers. So, we built strong relationships with suppliers who share our values. People who believe in doing things the right way. A decent job, fairly paid.
Together, we now drive innovation. We partner with brands, artists and retailers who stand for something - and we are an approved government supplier to create real impact.
We are proud of it’s journey - of our stellar line-up of clients who use their platforms for good. And we’re just getting started.

“When we chose Earthmerch for Love Supreme and The Long Road festival, we immediately saw a big uplift in the quality, aesthetic and design of our merchandise. That delivered a far better offering for our customers and revenues shot up. We need to feel safe with our partners - with Earth Merch we do”.

Our Ethos
Lets Talk Supply Chain
Products are prioritised for their LCA (Life Cycle Assessment). This typically looks at resource depletion, consumption through to end of life recyclability.
Our supply chain uses public blockchain technology, ensuring trusted traceability for every step.
We verify audits and QC by internationally recognised third parties. Such as GOTs, Amfori BSCI, BSCI, SMETA, SA8000 and WRAP.
Building those ESG Targets
Earthmerch is a female owned SME. This often helps our customers meet their supplier diversity initiatives.
EarthMerch recognises that change agents are not always in traditional leadership roles. We provide the stats & stories that help build your sustainable narrative.
Over 80% of businesses publish their sustainability goals, yet only 10% deliver on them. We can help on those ESG targets.
Partnering For Good
Not all of us have access to proper clothing. At Earthmerch, we believe new clothes not only provide a basic human need, but help people feel valued and respected.
We donate new organic apparel to women’s shelters, national and local homeless charities and youth organisations.
People, Nature and Planet
Earthmerch offers an opt-in mechanism to balance impact on every order.
We offer UN verified nature-based projects that don’t just remove carbon, but support positive outcomes for people, nature AND climate.
We offer a tech enabled route from in-app gamification to QR codes on products, which show an impact dashboard.
Size Inclusive Uniforms
Each person should be able to wear and enjoy great merchandise, without exception. Size inclusivity is our standard, just like sustainability.
We design uniforms to be durable, comfortable and look equally good on all.
Paying It Forward
Earthmerch is proud to partner with Supajam, who help young people aged between 16-25 with social, emotional or special educational needs at campus’s throughout the UK.
